LONDON, UK– In an unprecedented legal case facing global scrutiny, a 3-year-old German Shepherd mix named Max has been sentenced to 12 months in a maximum-security kennel after being convicted of Islamophobia for consuming a doggy bacon-flavored treat within a mile of the East London Mosque. According to eyewitnesses, Max was seen enjoying the bacon-flavored snack on the corner of Brick Lane and Hanbury Street, roughly 0.8 miles from the mosque’s front entrance.
