WASHINGTON– Senator Dianne Feinstein was taken by the Grim Reaper recently and on her way to the afterlife passed directly in front of Republican Senator Mitch McConnell who quickly stopped dead in his tracks and swallowed in trepidation as Death dragged Feinstein away.
“Gulp,” uttered a frozen McConnell from swallowing hard while the Grim Reaper pointed at him and smiled. “Gulp. Ehhhh. Gulp.”
Witnesses say McConnell stood frozen, appearing as though he were a deer in the headlights as the Reaper slid his long bony finger across his throat bones and cackled.
After video of McConnell’s confrontation with the Grim Reaper went viral, the senator’s office put out a statement saying that Mitch was not nervous about his impending death when the Reaper pointed directly at him and said, “See you later, Mitch.”
The statement went on to say that the 208-year-old Kentucky Republican is in extremely good health and he wasn’t actually scared of Death because he’s got at least another ninety more years in office to be able to catch up to Feinstein’s three hundred years in politics.
