ANGULO, EL SALVADOR– ICE agents have come under fire once again after they arrested and then deported Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the maximum security CECOT prison in El Salvador, with a federal judge ordering the Trump administration to return her to the United States immediately.
The mix-up happened after Justice Amy Coney Barrett sided with the liberal Supreme Court justices against President Trump deporting dangerous MS-13 and Tren de Aragua gang members out of the country.
“Oh my, did we do that?” Border Czar Tom Homan said during a Fox News interview. “Are you guys sure we deported a supreme court justice? I don’t know about that. The only people I saw getting onto that plane headed for El Salvador were gang members and traitors to the United States.”
The federal judge that ordered Trump to bring back Justice Amy Coney Barrett stated that just because she ruled against both the Constitution and also what’s best for the US doesn’t mean she can be deported.
At publishing time, it was reported that it was too late to return Barrett to the US because when the judge had made his ruling the plane was already over international waters.
“I’m sure she’ll be happy there among her own people anyway,” said Tom Homan with a chuckle.
