LAS VEGAS, NEVADA– Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said voters “don’t deserve to know” whether he’s campaigning for senator or president of the United States, with CNN sources calling this the ultimate 4d chess move, not simply a sign of Biden’s cognitive decline.
During a massive 3 person rally inside a hotel lobby, Biden evaded questions from nosy news reporters about which political position he’s running for, saying he’ll let everyone know his position the day after Election Day and for potential voters to stop asking him such trivial things.
“Anyone, including myself, who hasn’t figured out by now my stance on whatever it is I’m campaigning for doesn’t deserve to know,” Biden said heatedly to a local no-name reporter. “When whichever one of these elections that I’m running for is over then I’ll let all the voters and also myself know.”
The no-name reporter went on to ask the former vice president if it was the best campaign strategy to tell undecided voters to mind their own business when trying to earn their vote, drawing the ire of Barack Obama’s former right-hand man.
“I’m sure whoever it is I’m running against would love for me to talk about such a mundane topic,” Biden said, referring to whether he’s campaigning for president or senator. “It’s unconstitutional for voters to ask me what I’m planning on doing with their taxpayer dollars once I get into the position that I’m keeping secret until after they vote for me.”
Kamala Harris, who may or may not be Biden’s running mate, stated that the late Abraham Lincoln also refused to let voters know which position he was running for back in 1864, adding that Honest Abe told her that President Donald Trump was using that question as a distraction to slide his Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett in.
Politifact fact-checked Kamala’s statement on their Truth-O-Meter and rated it as “true.”
