WASHINGTON– After deporting so many illegal aliens that there wasn’t anyone left to do all of the manual labor jobs, President Donald Trump was apparently left with no other choice but to grab a hardhat and tools and go on top of the White House roof to fix a leak all by himself.
While laying down a roofing roll to cover a hole up on the roof, President Trump fielded questions from news reporters down below in between constant hammering and laying down roofing cement.
“Wow, you should see the hole I just patched up on the roof,” said Trump to the news reporters, impressed with his own handiwork. “The hole in the roof was so big, it was massive, and I just built one of the greatest roof patches in history. Nobody roofs like me. I filled that hole better than twenty illegal Mexicans could, and much faster I might add, and in record time.”
Critics have seized on the spectacle as evidence of the unintended consequence of Trump’s immigration policies, with Democrat leadership accusing the president of deporting the illegal invaders just so he could take all of the roofing jobs for himself and all his billionaire friends.
“Undocumented immigrants are, or should I say were, the backbone of this country,” said Senator Chuck Schumer as he held a shingle up over his head in remembrance of all the missing immigrants. “The only reason Trump kicked the immigrants out of the country is so him and his billionaire buddies can work all the roofing jobs themselves.”
Once he finished patching the hole in the roof, Trump then mowed the White House grass, cleaned all of the bathrooms, and then built an entire addition onto the West Wing.
