U.S.– The United States DOJ issued a strong statement in response to the murder of the United HealthCare CEO, suggesting that accused killer Luigi Mangione should face the maximum penalty possible by sentencing him to death by Canadian healthcare.
US Attorney General Pam Bondi told everyone during her 5,000th Fox News interview that murdering a man in cold-blood deserves the harshest punishment possible, and what better way to torture someone to death than to give them Canadian healthcare.
“There’s a new sheriff in town and she doesn’t tolerate cold-blooded assassination of the innocent,” said Pam Bondi as the host complimented her on her new haircut. “That is why I have instructed federal prosecutors to seek the maximum sentence possible, which is the death penalty using the Canadian healthcare system. So, either Luigi Mangione will die waiting to get a doctor’s appointment or perhaps he’ll be humanely euthanized.”
Supporters of Luigi Mangione took to social media to lambast the Department of Justice, saying that the punishment would be too harsh for the crime allegedly committed.
In a statement released by Mangione’s legal team, lawyers said that sentencing their client to Canadian healthcare is cruel and unusual punishment and begged prosecutors to seek a much lighter sentence such as firing squad, beheading, or electrocution.
