WASHINGTON– While standing inside of the White House, Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman criticized Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky for not wearing a suit for his visit with President Donald Trump on Friday, claiming that it was very disrespectful for a politician not to dress up while visiting the White House.
Dressed in a hoodie, shorts, and sneakers, Sen. John Fetterman reiterated the sentiments of many people that it was wrong for Zelensky to dress so casually for his visit to the sacred United States government buildings and then gave the Ukrainian leader a little bit of advice.
“I couldn’t believe a politician dressed down like that to go to the White House,” said John Fetterman in disgust as he pulled up his stained shorts. “How can a politician walk around the White House or our Congressional Capitol Building dressed like such a slob. Hey, pal. show some respect by dressing up when you visit the White House.”
With Trump out of the building, Fetterman sat down inside of the Oval Office and then placed his dirty sneakers on top of the desk as he continued ranting about how ridiculous Zelensky appeared wearing a military sweater and pants. “As a politician, I would never be caught disrespecting the highest office of the land like that.”
Fetterman later offered to lend Zelensky one of his hoodies and a pair of shorts so that he would be a little more presentable on his next trip to the White House.
