SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA– After numerous fast food chains replaced human workers with robots thanks to Governor Gavin Newsom’s minimum wage increase to $20 an hour, restaurants around the state have been receiving backlash from far-left groups for not hiring enough transgender robots.
According to CNN statistics, only one in every ten robot workers identify as trans, with three out of every ten automated workers identifying as nonbinary.
“These statistics are alarming to say the least,” said CNN host Jim Acosta with a look of disgust. “Only days after President Biden recognized our trans community, transphobic restaurants around California have marginalized our trans robot community by not giving them enough representation in the food industry. Disgusting.”
LGBTQ advocacy organizations around the country have called on the gay community to boycott all fast food restaurants until they replace every straight, white male automated worker with transgender robots.
“Trans robot rights are human rights, or, uh, something like that,” said a spokesperson for a local LGBTQ chapter in San Francisco. “It’s 2024 and our trans robot community is still facing discrimination and taking a backseat to their heterosexual counterparts. Trust me, our gay and trans robot community will win in the end. Err, I mean, we’ll be successful when this is all over.”
In addition to a statewide boycott of California restaurants, LGBTQ organization GLAAD has updated their acronym to LGBTQTR to include trans robots.
