WASHINGTON– In an embarrassing display of international weakness, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney was humiliated inside of the Oval Office by President Donald Trump after admitting he had “left his elbows in Ottawa” during their second meeting. The incident comes just months after Carney campaigned on his tough guy “Elbows Up” slogan, promising Canadians he would stand strong against American bullies like Trump.
Cameras recorded the scene inside of the White House as Mark Carney, flailing like a ragdoll with shoulder sockets dangling limply, was greeted by Trump with a firm handshake that escalated into a physical as well as a verbal beatdown in front of the entire world as the prime minister wasn’t physically able to implement his signature “Elbows Up” policy.
“Look at Mark’s jiggly arms,” said Trump flippantly as he flapped Carney’s arms around like a jump rope. “It’s like I’m shaking hands with a wet noodle. Even the very feminine Governor Trudeau was more masculine and more of a challenge than this wet sock.”
Mark Carney, known for his tough talk during the election, was heard whimpering in a corner of the Oval Office, begging Trump to go easy on him being that there was still a large percentage of gullible liberal voters in Canada who still believed that the “Elbows Up” slogan was genuine and not a scam to get elected.
Back in Canada, Canadian news media praised Carney’s performance in the United States and spun the embarrassing event as a success, convincing their liberal viewers that the prime minister demonstrated “psychological flexibility” without the need to resort to Trump’s brutish tactics such as being able to bend his arms in the middle.
