ATLANTA, GEORGIA– The most trusted name in news CNN has come under fire once again after countless people accused the network of using a filter to make President Donald Trump appear more orange, but CNN denied the allegations and said there was no proof whatsoever that they did it.
Thousands of people online posted side-by-side still images of CNN’s portrayal of Trump’s speech versus other news outlet’s coverage during a recent speech on the president’s implementation of tariffs.
“There’s no proof we used a filter to make the orange man, I mean, Trump, appear more orange,” said CNN host Jake Tapper in response to the accusations. “I’m looking at our video coverage of the orange president and I don’t see any difference in the orange color of Trump’s orange skin. Now, if you’ll excuse me. I’m headed to our CNN crying room where I’ll be squeezing an orange with my fist as hard as I can until the pulp drains out of its body, I mean, rind.”
Tapper then brought a few of his unbiased colleagues onto the set to ask their opinions on whether Trump appeared more orange on their broadcast, with every one of them saying that they didn’t notice any extra orange tint.
CNN later turned the tables on Fox News and accused them of being the ones guilty of impropriety, claiming that it was the conservative news outlet that used a filter to alter Trump’s appearance to try and make him appear less orange.
