OTTAWA, CANADA– As the Canadian election for prime minister quickly approaches, the Liberal Party that has been in control of Canada for the last ten years stated they will only be able to solve any of the problems they’ve caused is by getting voted to remain in power.
While on the campaign trail, acting Liberal Prime Minister Mark Carney told a group of people that voted for his party the last time that he promised if they vote for the Liberal Party again then he would be able to solve all the problems caused by the current ruling party.
“It’s about time we get a party that can fix the mistakes of the party that caused Canada’s problems,” said Mark Carney as the left-leaning voters believed it would be different the next time. “Look, I don’t know who’s in charge of Canada right now, but whoever it is has been doing a terrible job. This country is in shambles with exorbitant taxes, people not being able to afford to live or buy a home, uncontrolled immigration, increased crime, and leaders who act like dictators. If only we had the power right now to do something about it.”
Carney admitted how terrible Canada has been since the Liberals took over, but stressed once the Liberals are back in power again only then will they be able to find solutions to the problems caused since they were first elected to office.
“We’ll fix the problems we’ve created,” promised Carney as his credulous supporters clapped like trained seals.
