U.K.– Millions of British citizens have become fed up with the current Prime Minister Keir Starmer and have started a petition to replace the unpopular Labor Party leader with famous Downing Street feline Larry the cat.
Frustrated Britons started the petition in response to Starmer’s tyrannical dictatorship where someone can get sent to prison for many years for simply posting a humorous meme on social media. The petition to oust Starmer and bring in Larry the cat has already garnered over one and a half million signatures, and the number has been growing by the hour.
“Us Brits are fed up with this dictator Starmer, we are,” said an angry British man only moments before Starmer’s gestapo police arrested him for wrong-think. “Starmer’s destroying our once great country and at this rate there won’t be anything left. I say we put ole Larry the cat in there and give him a chance. I don’t think he can do any worse of a job than this bloody wanker two-tier Keir.”
Larry the cat has years of political experience under his flea collar, having served as Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office at 10 Downing Street since 2011. Larry has also had a bit of controversy, being accused of taking bribes by trading purrs for treats.
After growing quite nervous watching millions of people calling for him to be replaced by an animal, Starmer had Larry the cat arrested on vagrancy charges for sleeping in an undesignated area in front of the government office. Larry is facing a minimum of ten years in prison and will be barred from ever being able to serve in office again.
