NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK– After leaving the New York courthouse on Monday morning, Donald Trump was met by diminutive actor Robert De Niro, which led the angry Hollywood celebrity to look directly up at the former president’s midsection and then give him the staredown of his life.
“Yeah, Trump, I’m talking to you,” said De Niro while straining his neck to stare up at the chest of the much taller Trump. “Hey, I’m down here, tough guy. Don’t pretend you can’t see me here down at your knee caps, you jolly green giant. Why don’t you get down on your knees, Sasquatch, and stare at me in the eyes.”
De Niro told news reporters beforehand that he was prepared to face Trump by wearing his lucky 6-inch-tall, high-heeled lift shoes so that the top of his head could almost reach Trump’s bellybutton.
In confusion at the babbling Robert De Niro, Trump turned to one of his aides and said, “Hey, did you hear something? It kind of sounds like someone’s yelling at me but I can’t see where they are. And why do I feel something poking me in my shin?”
Still not getting Trump’s attention, the incensed actor then stood on the shoulder’s of fellow short, Trump-hating celebrity Mark Hamill and the two of them could almost make it up toward Trump’s chest.
