ALBANY, NEW YORK– Angry at Republican Ron DeSantis for defending the rights of legal homeowners, Democrat Governor of New York Kathy Hochul signed a bill into law eliminating homeowners’ rights in the state in an effort to make it easier for squatters to own the homes.
Governor Hochul made the announcement in front of a house where a woman was being kicked out of her own home to make room for a family of illegal alien squatters, saying that legal homeowners are not welcome in the state of New York and that squatters will now have more rights than legal American citizens.
“Here in New York, we proudly put the rights of squatters and illegal aliens above American homeowners,” said Governor Hochul proudly as police went door-to-door arresting homeowners. “The governor of Florida has decided to disgustingly put American homeowners rights first, totally neglecting the needs of our marginalized squatting community.”
Hochul went on to say that homeowners rights is a scam, reassuring squatters that they will continue to be a protected class in New York as long as she’s governor.
Squatters will be pleased to know that they now have the legal right to call the police to have homeowners removed from their homes, with the previous homeowner facing severe penalties up to life in prison or deportation across the border to wherever the squatter originally came from.
