DAVOS, SWITZERLAND– With trust in the WEF at an all-time low, founder Klaus Schwab was proud to announce that in order to win back the public’s trust in their nefarious organization they have invited diabolical villain Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers film series to speak at the World Economic Forum’s 2024 meeting.
To go along with their “Rebuilding Trust” theme, Klaus Schwab said that Dr. Evil’s attendance at this year’s event will definitely without a shadow of a doubt prove to the world exactly what the WEF’s true intentions are for society.
“For some reason the earth’s population thinks the WEF is a bad organization trying to destroy the world,” said Schwab with Dr. Evil by his side. “That’s why, in order to fool people, I mean, in order to trick people, no, in order to win back the public’s trust we have hired Dr. Evil to not only speak at this year’s WEF event, but to also help with our scheme to reduce the world population. I mean, increase it. Yes, that’s it. You can trust me.”
Dr. Evil said that he was honored to be part of such a wicked and vile group as the WEF, saying he hopes that his experience at also trying to kill all of humanity will be an asset to the organization and hopefully their combined efforts will finally get rid of all the world’s useless eaters.
When asked by news reporters how he plans on rebuilding trust when he has openly stated that he wants to destroy all of existence on the planet, Dr. Evil said, “The details of my life are inconsequential. But enough about me. Let’s just do what we always do, hijack some nuclear weapons and hold the world hostage. I hear the security in America is a little, how do you say, lackadaisical.”
