PALM BEACH, FLORIDA– After a federal judge barred Donald Trump from speaking about certain aspects of his hush money case, the former president came up with a brilliant idea to get around the gag order and still get his message out to his supporters by learning sign language.
Trump gave a news press conference at Mar-a-Lago after mastering sign language in less than one day and began waving his hands around in different positions to convey his message.
“Thank you all for coming,” said Trump with his hand signs as a sign language interpreter translated everything into spoken words. “As you know, a radical left judge has said I’m not allowed to speak about my case, but she didn’t say anything about me not being able to use another form of communication to call that so-called attorney general a radical left, lunatic loser doing the bidding of senile, poopy-pants, sleepy Joe Biden.”
Moving his hands quickly, Trump’s mastery of the art of signing was even too much for the expert sign language interpreter who asked the president if he could slow it down a bit so that she could catch up.
“Are my sign language skills incredible, or what?” Trump signed as a crowd of supporters began cheering in silence. “Look at these hands. These hands were made for signing. Nobody signs better than me, believe me.”
Once Judge Juan Merchan saw Trump using sign language to get around his gag order, the judge quickly updated the gag order to also forbid Trump from using signing to speak about the ongoing case.
The natural born genius Trump was able to come up with another way around the judge’s anti-free speech order by using telepathy to communicate with everyone through their minds.
