WASHINGTON– Sources close to Joe Biden said he became enraged after seeing African leaders in Russia trying to work out a deal with Vladimir Putin, telling the leaders from Africa that if they side with the Russian president over him then they ain’t black.
Biden gave a speech where he questioned the African leaders’ blackness over their support for Putin instead of supporting the old, senile, perverted, white President of the United States.
“C’mon, man,” said Biden angrily after putting away his white hood. “If you African leaders have a problem figuring out if you’re for me or Putin, then you ain’t black.”
American news media outlets came to Biden’s defense and tried their best to shame the African leaders into believing that they’re not black enough if they don’t support Biden over Putin, but were shocked to realize that their Marxist tactics of racial intimidation didn’t work on the leaders from Africa.
“Look, fat, here’s the deal,” said Biden to a black female news reporter who questioned his racist statement. “Us Democrats know what’s best for the black community. I protested for racial equality with Fat Albert and helped free the slaves with Lando Calrissian.”
Before walking off the stage, Biden promised to help struggling black American families by sending another $69 billion to Ukraine.
