HERSHEY, PENNSYLVANIA– In celebration of International Women’s Day, famous chocolate candy Kit Kat has released a beautiful and brave new ad featuring one of the world’s first trans species creatures, who is a combination of mole rat, human man, human woman, and trans woman.
After gaining major buzz over their Hershey’s chocolate candy bar featuring a group of transgender women, the company decided to take it a step further and has been running national advertisements with the gorgeous trans species individual that executives guaranteed was a wise business decision.
“We celebrate real women everywhere with our new trans species Kit Kat ads,” said Betsy Areola, a representative for the company. “We realized we weren’t being inclusive enough by only featuring men, women, and trans women and have apologized to the trans species community by highlighting their impact this upcoming international women’s day.”
Freeka Nacher is the trans species activist featured in the popular Kit Kat ads and said it was honored to be a part of the candy campaign and also responded to all the critics who claim that a part animal, part man, part woman, part trans woman doesn’t truly represent human women.
“I will never stop fighting for trans species rights,” said Freeka Nacher on Twitter in response to being chosen as the face of women everywhere. “We are constantly evolving creatures and I’m proud to represent the new and improved woman.”
Due to the success of the Kit Kat ad campaign, Hershey’s will be featuring an upcoming Reese’s candy campaign featuring an even more inclusive creature that is part man, part woman, part trans, part animal, and also part insect.
