ROPA INTERIOR, CALIFORNIA– Apparently not all underwear has a perfect fit.
A 42 year old man claims that he was molested on more than one occasion by his size 36 underwear, according to a lawsuit filed by the man’s attorney. The man is suing the underwear and also the company responsible for making the alleged underwear groper.
Many people are calling the man’s claim preposterous, but the man’s lawyer states that any claims of molestation must be taken seriously. The lawyer stated that this is why many victims refuse to come forward, for fear of not being taken seriously.
The victim is seeking $30 billion in damages, saying that due to the chronic molestation, he can no longer wear anything on his genitals and must remain naked from the waist down at all times. A psychiatrist on the case has confirmed the man’s disorder and says that he suffers from PTSD.
Due to the seriousness of the crime, a local judge has granted the man permission to be out in public without any pants or underwear on. The man was given a public nudity ID card in case he gets stopped and harassed by bullying police.
According to the official report, the man claims that this particular pair of underwear has groped and fondled his genitals without permission on multiple occasions, going back as far as 2017 when he first purchased the grabby underwear from a local yard sale.
The man’s high profile attorney Gary Rosenbottom, famous for his work on the doll molestation case and also the ventriloquist dummy case, alleges that the underwear has a history of sexually molesting the man and rubbing against his genitals without permission.
“My client is now deathly afraid to wear anything over his genitals,” said Rosenbottom to CNN reporters. “This perverted pair of underwear has ruined any future relationship that my client may have with any other underwear, pants, or pajamas.”
Rosenbottom claims that the man used to enjoy dressing up in women’s panties and also strapping sexual torture devices to his scrotum, but can no longer take part in such innocent activities.
This isn’t the first time that the man has reported being abused by an article of clothing. Back in 2014, the man called police at 2 am in a panic after waking up to the sight of his pajama bottoms fondling his erection.
Authorities have arrested the frisky underwear and are holding it in jail on a $2 bond.
