BEIJING, CHINA– In a major PR disaster for the Chinese Communist Party, millions of Chinese bots on social media suddenly malfunctioned and began posting anti-China, pro-America messages in what geopolitical experts are predicting will cost the CCP the trade war with the United States.
The Communist government of China was scrambling after it was discovered that the bots they had created to push their own propaganda against the US and President Donald Trump in an effort to sway public opinion had malfunctioned due to an internal error by the programmers. President Xi Jinping quickly began undergoing damage control in an effort to get the embarrassing mistake under control.
“Comrades, it appears the evil American pigs have escalated this war,” said President Xi, only hours after all the Chinese bot programmers were involuntarily disappeared for their mistake. “As you may have seen, there are no limits to President Trump’s underhanded tactics. In an effort to try and put the blame on China just as they tried with COVID, the Americans have sneakily created Chinese bots to post pro-China propaganda, then reprogrammed those bots to start posting anti-Chinese rhetoric to make the Chinese government appear like weak, incompetent fools.”
Luckily for President Xi, the communist-funded American news media outlets were quick to come to China’s defense and began running stories blaming evil, racist Trump for the fiasco, with many Democrats calling on the US president to be impeached.
After their first line of bots failed, the CCP unveiled new and improved Chinese bots that they guaranteed would last beyond just one use.
