WASHINGTON– During a speech at yesterday’s NATO Summit, Joe Biden tried proving to the world that he’s totally competent to stay on as president by telling the shocked crowd of world leaders that Russian President Vladimir Putin is in fact also the president of Ukraine.
With Volodymyr Zelensky standing only a few feet away, Biden admitted that Putin is Ukraine’s president, which immediately caused global relief that the money laundering operation with Ukraine is finally over.
“And now I want to hand it over to the president of Ukraine,” said Biden as Zelensky smiled and prepared himself to scam billions more dollars out of US taxpayers. “Who has as much courage as he has determination. Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin.”
Surprised world leaders and dignitaries mumbled amongst themselves and questioned whether Putin had finally taken control of Ukraine or Biden was just having another dementia moment.
The White House later claimed that anonymous sources have confirmed that Russian hackers had hacked into Biden’s brain and caused him to say that Putin was the president of Ukraine, because there’s no way that Biden would say something so stupid and demented.
