LANSING, MICHIGAN– Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer extended her stay-at-home order to combat the coronavirus, stationing millions of stormtroopers at residences across the state to keep people from leaving their home or even sticking their head through a window.
The governor’s contingency order, which she’s calling Order 66, seeks to ensure singular rule over all civilization within the galaxy to level off COVID-19 and it will take effect immediately.
As of today, Michigan had reported more than 35,000 COVID-19 cases and almost 3,000 arrests due to rebel citizens breaking the mandated order.
Gov. Whitmer’s Order 66 was enacted on direct command of Nancy Pelosi, Emperor of the House of Representatives, who recently fed starving citizens by showing them photos of her stocked refrigerators.
The Democrat governor’s ecstatic willingness to invoke the imperially demanded rule has gained her favor within the Imperial Democrat Senate, causing her to be mentioned as a potential running mate for presumed Democratic presidential nominee Dark Lord Joe Biden.
Amid the Michigan empire’s stay-at-home orders, thousands of rebel citizens have taken to the streets in protest. Whitmer has warned sinister citizens about breaking her order to do unnecessary activities, such as purchasing food, medicine, or looking out their home’s window.
“Staying home is the best way to defeat my enemies,” Whitmer told CNN host Brian Stelter, the Democrat Empire’s Imperial intelligence agent. “President Donald Trump’s false promise of A New Hope must be stopped at all costs if we are to bring necessary order to the galaxy.”
