SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA– Uh-oh, Yahoo is in hot water once again. After writing an article accusing Avengers: Endgame actor Chris Pratt of wearing a white supremacist t-shirt, Yahoo updated the story by removing any references to the words ‘white supremacist.”
This article was updated on July 17 from the initial headline of ‘Chris Pratt Criticized For White Supremacist T-Shirt’ to the new headline ‘Chris Pratt Criticized For T-Shirt Choice’, causing countless people on Twitter to accuse Yahoo of being white supremacists themselves.
The company claims that the decision to amend the Gadsden flag t-shirt story was to prove that they are not white supremacists, but numerous genuine Twitter accounts weren’t having it.
A plethora of Twitter accounts clapped back at the tech giant by saying that by revising the story they’re showing their true racist, white supremacist selves.
A verifiable Twitter user by the name of ‘Buster Hymen’, wrote that Yahoo’s decision to revise the story and hide the words ‘white supremacist’ reminds him of the old Jim Crow days when white supremacists used to hide behind white hoods.
“I thought we evolved as a society?” Tweeted Hymen. “Yahoo’s decision to revise their white supremacist story reminds me of the closet racists in white hoods during Jim Crow.”
Another authentic Twitter user, who goes by the name ‘Jack MeHoffer’, says that Yahoo’s being run by a bunch of “white supremacists.”
“I can’t believe Yahoo’s run by a bunch of radical white supremacists. Shame on you for revising this story.”
Real Twitter user ‘Hugh Noggin’ tweeted that revising a white supremacist story only proves Yahoo’s guilt.
“It’s called a Freudian slip,” Noggin wrote in the tweet. “White supremacists can’t hide the truth for long. I knew it was only a matter of time before Yahoo’s white KKK hood “accidentally” came out.”
Actual Twitter user ‘I’m Not Anonymous’ tweeted a phrase in Spanish, possibly angering Yahoo even further.
“This is no bueno, Yahoo. Your revision of your white supremacist story proves your involvement in all things white supremacist. Done with you!”
“It’s too late,” tweeted Twitter user ‘Real Twitter User’, another genuine account without any followers or profile but who we have used as a credible news source. “Your revision of the white supremacist story has done more to hurt this country than all of America’s atrocities combined.”
