FORT WORTH, TEXAS– A Fort Worth man is being questioned by police for the recent shooting of the Tooth Fairy after supposedly receiving an invitation letter from the man’s young daughter.
Authorities claim John Garboni, 45, shot the Tooth Fairy in the shoulder after catching the mythical character inside of his daughter’s bedroom on Wednesday night.
According to police records, Garboni has a history of shooting imaginary characters who have entered illegally into his home.

Two years ago, Garboni made headlines after he shot Santa Claus in the scrotum as the jolly fat man in the red suit slid down his chimney. Garboni also admits that he fired three shots at the Easter Bunny a few years ago, but missed due to the famous rabbit’s speed and ability to dodge bullets.
No charges have been filed against Garboni because authorities said that he had every right to protect his home from intruders.
Prosecutors are deciding on whether to charge the Tooth Fairy with breaking and entering. Supporters of the Tooth Fairy state that if these charges go through then it will create a dangerous precedent for all future fabled characters who enter into people’s homes without the homeowner’s consent.
An unoriginal, predictable Hollywood movie is currently in production.
