HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA– While Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp has been out promoting his new book Why I Hate Frosted Flakes, people couldn’t help but notice that he recently changed his famous facial tattoo.
As he dined inside of a restaurant eating a bowl of his new favorite cereal Cocoa Pebbles, Depp told reporters why he had decided to change his stylish tattoo.
“I used to love Frosted Flakes,” Depp said as he slurped chocolate milk out of his bowl. “My favorite part of the cereal was staring at the picture of Tony the Tiger on the box as I ate it. It reminded me of when I was a kid and I used to stare at the box when I ate the cereal.”
The Hollywood star changed the words on his cheek from “Frosted Flakes” to “Brosted Blakes”, causing fans around the world to panic and start boycotting the sugar-coated corn flake cereal.
“In good faith I couldn’t support the cereal any longer,” Depp struggled to say as his brown eyes welled up with adolescent emotion. “I felt betrayed by Tony after he sold his furry little soul and went to work as Donald Trump’s spokesman. It’s like when you’re a kid and you find out there’s no Easter Bunny or any other talking animals.”
After being back-stabbed by Tony the Tiger, says Depp, he decided to alter his tattoo in honor of the relationship that he used to have with the lovable tiger.
“I changed it to Brosted Blakes to pay homage to how we used to be bros,” Depp added. “You get it? The first three letters in Brosted is bro.”
