U.S.– A major ruling out of the nation’s highest court the Supreme Court has just been overruled by a lower court judge early Friday morning , with the district judge arguing that lower courts do not have to abide by the rulings of the Supreme Court.
The lower court Judge Hugh Assencrack gave his decision after the Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the lower courts must immediately cease their endless nationwide injunctions against President Donald Trump.
“I hereby overrule the Supreme Court’s recent decision overruling my previous ruling,” said Judge Assencrack as he angrily banged his gavel and frothed at the mouth. “Just because the Supreme Court is the highest court in the country doesn’t give it the authority to tell us lower court judges what to do. Therefore, I am overruling the Justice’s decision and will continue to do whatever I choose to do.”
Judge Assencrack stated that a Supreme Court has power over the nation, but that does not include districts, which are a nation unto themselves and therefore can overrule the highest court that oversees the nation. The judge promised the whole thing makes perfect sense as long as you don’t try making sense of it.
The lower court judge held the Supreme Court Justices in contempt of court for trying to overrule him and then issued a warrant for their arrests.
