ANGULO, EL SALVADOR– It’s been almost two weeks since the deported MS-13 Kilmar Garcia illegal alien story has all but disappeared from the news cycle, with the imprisoned “Maryland Man” starting to think that maybe the Democrats were just using him to score political points against Republican President Donald Trump.
While sitting inside of a prison cell in El Salvador’s CECOT, the “Maryland Man” held up a photo of the meeting that he had with Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen just a few short weeks ago, wondering why he hasn’t heard back from his new US buddy in so long.
“It’s been almost two weeks, and I haven’t heard anything from my new Democratic friends in America,” said Maryland Man as he lightly ran his fingers across the photo of Sen. Van Hollen. “I saw on the news the Democrats are now talking about those arrested judges and President Trump’s blue suit, but not a word about me or coming to see me or bringing me back to the US. I wonder if they were just using me to play politics.”
Maryland Man was allowed to make a phone call to the phone number that Senator Hollen gave him, but was left confused when the number he was given led to a pizza restaurant in Quebec, Canada.
When asked about why he hasn’t mentioned the deported Maryland Man in so long, Democrat Senator Van Hollen acted confused and told news reporters that he has never heard of that person before, has never been to El Salvador, and to never bring the subject up again.
