HAGERSTOWN, MARYLAND– While speaking at a Volvo manufacturing plant discussing how to decrease manufacturing to help send more money to Ukraine, Joe Biden told the enthused crowd of three people that he was excited to announce that he had two words to describe his current presidential goal: “Made in, uh, well, you know the thing.”
“Let me start off with two words,” said Biden with fire in his diapered loins, “Made in, uh, well, you know the thing.”
Cameras zoomed in as Biden pointed upwards toward the signs that were down on the ground that stated his two word goal for America: Made In, Uh, Well, You Know The Thing.
“And I also have another thing to say with these ten words,” said Biden, looking around the room for Jackie, “Ukraine.”
The president informed everyone in his speech that he truly cares about all the out-of-work American people who can’t feed their families due to the horrible economy that he has created.
“Folks, I have good news,” said Biden toward the end of his five minute message. “I plan on bolstering the US economy and creating jobs for downtrodden Americans by implementing my Build Back Better plan with these four words: I’m sending another $69 billion to Ukraine and another $100 billion tomorrow.”
“Let me finish off with two syllables,” said Biden before sniffing the podium twice.
Politifact rated Biden’s speech as mostly true.
