WASHINGTON– The U.S. House of Representatives voted to impeach Joe Rogan for spreading dangerous misinformation on his Spotify podcast, claiming that he is unfit to serve as a podcaster and the trial will now go to the Senate.
The House voted 231 for impeachment and 197 against it with 10 Republicans choosing to vote in favor of removing Rogan from Spotify. A slew of musicians such as Neil Young and Joni Mitchell led the charge to get Rogan ousted from the streaming site.
“We got him this time,” said Nancy Pelosi as she held up the official impeachment document after signing it with her infamous Trump pen. “Mr. Rogan has betrayed his oath to the Constitution and should have denounced the dangerous medical misinformation while he served in media office rather than egging on his supporters to storm the Spotify website.”
House Speaker Pelosi went on to say that Rogan was officially impeached for “high crimes and misdemeanors” for his interviews with doctors and scientists who went against the COVID narrative and also for his use of the N-word. She explained that only Democratic presidents like Joe Biden are allowed to freely throw around the N-word and get away with it.
Making history, Rogan has now officially become the first person ever to be impeached from Spotify. Politicians are also searching out ways to have him totally removed from the internet.
Rogan says he wears this impeachment as a badge of honor and says Crazy Nancy’s sham impeachment is just a witch hunt and that he won his Spotify contract in a landslide.
