WASHINGTON– In celebration of Black History Month, Joe Biden has changed the name of his Crack Pipe Distribution Plan to the George Floyd Initiative as a way to bring equity as well as more drug use to the black community.
After appointing his son Hunter as head of the U.S. Crack Pipe Distribution Department, Biden gave a prerecorded video message saying that black people need more representation in the area of drug use and drug dealing, saying that George Floyd is the best and finest example for the African-American community.
“George Floyd was one of the greatest negro Americans to have ever served his country,” said Biden in the video while Hunter pocketed a few of the crack pipes. “Blacks need a great black role model that they can look up to and no one’s a greater role model than my ole colored friend George.”
While removing his white hood, Biden added, “Poor downtrodden blacks don’t have enough access to drugs and drug paraphernalia, which is why I made it my most important order of business as president to put as much drugs into black people as possible. Because, you know, if you don’t smoke crack, then you ain’t black.”
Biden went on to say that smoking crack was the most important thing that black people were concerned about, not crime, job opportunities, better schools, or cleaning up their neighborhoods.
In addition to crack pipes, Biden’s safe smoking kits will also include free crack for the pipe, a gun to rob convenience stores to buy more crack, and a note to remember to vote Democrat in the upcoming election.
