NEW YORK, NEW YORK– A distraught AOC confirmed that she has officially left Twitter and won’t be returning anytime soon, saying she has anxiety over the social media site using negativity as a way to hide the fact that it wants to date her.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez announced on Instagram Monday that she had to flee Twitter over the constant harassment from the stalking social media site and accused Larry the Twitter bird logo of being a creepy weirdo that’s secretly in love with her.
She also accused Twitter of projecting its frustrations out on her other social media site Instagram, who she recently spent a romantic weekend with down in Miami, Florida.
“Twitter’s just mad because it wants to date me,” said AOC on a recent Instagram video. “Instead of gossiping about me, Twitter can just say it wants to date me instead of projecting its sexual frustrations out on my other social media site Instagram.”
Larry the Twitter bird fired back at AOC’s accusations by simply tweeting, “AOC, I definitely do not want to date you.”
Larry’s tweet didn’t sit well with the New York Congresswoman who doubled down on her belief that Twitter wants to have passionate sex with her. She also promises that she’s not projecting her own sexual frustrations out on others by constantly suggesting that everyone else wants to have sex with her.
“Twitter, you need therapy because your infatuation with me is really weird,” said AOC near the end of the video. “And just so you know, I’ll be inside my home at exactly nine tonight wearing my sexiest lingerie and I’ll be leaving the door open with a trail of roses in the hallway. Oh, and I’ll also be turning off Instagram. But just make sure you definitely don’t come over. Please don’t come. Please.”
