U.S.– Democrat Elizabeth Warren has come under fire this week for her racist, xenophobic tirade against Tesla CEO Elon Musk for not paying enough money in taxes, with numerous people calling on the social media site to ban the senator for attacking an African-American man of foreign descent.
The controversy started on December 13 when Warren tweeted that Musk was a freeloader who came over to this country and took advantage of America, which immediately drew the ire of African-American Immigrant rights groups.
“Senator Warren should be ashamed of herself for her attacks on, not only an African-American man, but also a foreign born immigrant,” said Lethabo Abiodun, head of the African-American Foreign Born White Male Immigrants Organization. “I’m calling on Mrs. Warren to publicly apologize to Mr. Musk and to donate half her salary to help out our poor, downtrodden brother Elon.”
The Anti-Defamation League was quick to chime in and accused Warren of being a racist, xenophobic white nationalist and has already placed her on their top ten most dangerous white supremacists list.
