U.S.– America’s most trusted news source CNN has fact-checked Donald Trump’s recent claim that the Wall Street Journal doesn’t know his thoughts as false, setting the record straight that the WSJ does in fact know the president’s thoughts and can accurately read his mind.
On today’s State of the Union with Jake Tapper, the CNN host stated emphatically that Trump’s latest Truth Social post was incorrect and proved it by backing up the claim with various unnamed anonymous sources.
“Trump’s claim that the Wall Street Journal doesn’t know his thoughts is false,” said Jake Tapper without a shred of remorse. “We here at CNN only want to give our viewers the truth and facts. And our reliable fact-checkers have proven that the Wall Street Journal does have the ability to read Trump’s mind, and in fact, they know President Trump’s thoughts better than he does.”
CNN also rated many other Trump claims as false, including that his name is actually Donald J. Trump, that he is currently serving as the 47th president of the United States, and that CNN is fake news.
“All of those claims by President Trump are also false,” said Tapper as sweat poured down his face like a river. “Especially the one where he claims we are fake news. I can assure every one of our five trillion viewers that we are definitely not fake news.”
