KIEV, UKRAINE– In an effort to obtain even more money so he can overtake Elon Musk as the world’s richest man, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has officially changed his last name by putting six y’s at the end of it.
The popular icon Zelensky gave an emergency global press conference to let the world know that he now goes by the name Volodymyr Zelenskyyyyyy, using his cool new name to give an impassioned plea for billions more money so that he can also make it to the Forbes richest people in the world list.
“Attention, world, I have an urgent message that will change the course of history,” said Zelenskyyyyyy, pointing at his red name tag. “Starting today, I will no longer be known as President Zelenskyy, but will now go by the name President Zelenskyyyyyy, letting the world know just how much I am in need of more money.”
Many ignorant people were already confused as to how many y’s were already on the end of his name, with some people thinking there was only one, some two, and others believing that the Ukrainian president had an “ie” at the end instead.
“I understand everyone’s confusion, which proves even more how in dire need I am of more cash,” said Zelenskyyyyyy as he readjusted his $300,000 watch. “Which is why starting today, I will also be dropping my first name ‘Volodymyr’ and simply going by the name ‘Zelenskyyyyyy.’ I am kind of like the Madonna of politics.”
After seeing Zelenskyyyyyy’s popularity rise with the sudden celebrity name change, U.S. President Joe Biden decided to try and increase his popularity by also adding six y’s at the end of his name and will now go by Joe Bidenyyyyyy.
