U.S.– With the threat of both President Trump’s firings and Elon Musk’s work accountability emails, a federal judge appointed by Joe Biden has stepped in and ruled that federal workers are not required to do any work and nowhere in the Constitution does it state that they have to perform any duties.
According to reports, a lawyer representing millions of federal workers was able to convince a judge appointed by the previous Biden administration that employees of the federal government are not legally required to do anything.
“Justice was served today,” wrote Judge Jamki Swampson in her official statement of decision. “President Trump’s overreach in expecting employees of the federal government to do any work has been blocked. The Constitution does not explicitly state that a federal employee who currently works for President Donald J. Trump has to do anything. Democracy was saved today, and federal workers may now continue to not do anything while receiving a paycheck.”
The Democrat judge went on to accuse Trump of being a dictator and abusing his position, leading House Democrats to file impeachment proceedings against the president once again.
Later on in the day, Trump received even more bad news after yet another Democrat-appointed judge ruled that the president is no longer permitted to call the Canadian prime minister “Governor Trudeau.”
