MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA– Furious and deeply disappointed Somali parents reportedly evicted their 26-year-old son after he continued to refuse repeated requests to do something productive with his life, such as opening a fraudulent daycare center or filing reimbursement paperwork for children who do not exist.
The Somali parents, who immigrated to the U.S. in 2009, say their son’s laziness has brought shame to their family, growing tired of the embarrassments of their adult son failing to secure a job in the lucrative field of Medicaid scams.
“Our son has brought much shame to our family,” said the son’s mother with her head down in embarrassment. “We come from a long line of Somali scammers, pirates, and fraudsters, and it hurts us to see our lazy, unemployed son refuse to follow in our footsteps.”
The son’s father, a veteran of the 2019 Medicaid scam that netted $7 million, called his son “a disappointment to our people,” with the parents telling the son to secure funding for a fake childcare center within 30 days or find somewhere else to live.
“He’s had 10 years to develop his skills in EBT card trafficking, PPP loan fraud, and daycare scams,” said the father heatedly. “His cousins are millionaires by now, and he’s still living off our food stamps, even though we are also millionaires. Our son learned nothing.”
At press time, the parents said their son would be welcome back home once he gets serious about his career. such as opening a fake daycare or some other fraudulent nonprofit organization.
