GREENLAND– With President Donald Trump escalating his desire to diplomatically acquire Greenland, angry leaders from Denmark vowed to fight back and protect their territory by building a toy LEGO wall around the entire perimeter in a serious show of force.
According to Danish history, LEGO was invented in 1932 in Denmark in response to Adolf Hitler’s slow rise to power and vocal desire to take over Greenland. Danish leaders pointed to the similarities between Trump and Hitler, saying how the Nazi leader also liked to post on Twitter X about his desire to take over the cold territory.
“Greenland is under threat of annexation by the second coming of Hitler,” said Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen with a straight face. “To combat President Trump’s aggression, Denmark has increased its military presence in Greenland by building one of the cutest, tiniest LEGO walls the world has ever seen. Greenland will never be under US authoritarian control because its already under Denmark authoritarian control.”
Denmark also vowed to increase their frightening military presence by stationing cute, little LEGO soldiers all around the new border wall, even equipping them with tiny toy weapons.
After seeing the mighty, impenetrable LEGO wall surrounding Greenland, President Trump knew there was no way that the most powerful military in the world would be able to win a war against LEGO soldiers and thus ended up calling off his desire to purchase the land and decided to take over a much easier, weaker target by annexing France.
At publishing time, it was reported that France had already surrendered to the United States.
