ATLANTA, GEORGIA\u2014 CNN’s investigative unit has uncovered a troubling lack of avian inequality along America’s coastlines, where the nation\u2019s beaches appear dominated by white seagulls with little to no black crow representation.<\/p>\n
America’s most trusted news network found that 92% of beachfront nesting sites are occupied by pale white seagulls, while oppressed black crows are relegated to secondary areas behind dunes or near highway rest stops in what the network calls a new era of avian Jim Crow.<\/p>\n
“This is a classic example of systemic oppression,” said CNN anchor Jake Tapper with a straight face. “The seagulls are weaponizing their white privilege to maintain control over resources. It’s not just about birds\u2014it’s about a broader cultural problem of white supremacy.”<\/p>\n
The program went on to claim the seagull white-supremacy coastal real estate dominance was a clear case of systemic racism, citing examples such as the darker-plumaged black crows being forced to eat discarded fast food while white seagulls feasted on fresh fish.<\/p>\n
