DUBLIN, IRELAND– In a bold move to address the nation’s spiraling migrant crisis, Prime Minister Miche\u00e1l Martin announced today that Ireland will be welcoming an additional 500,000 migrants from war-torn and economically devastated third world countries. The plan, described by Martin as “pure genius,” aims to “dilute the current migrant population with even more migrants,” thereby solving the problem of migrant-related violence and societal unrest.<\/p>\n

“We’ve been thinking about this the wrong way,” explained Martin in a press conference, flanked by EU officials and migrant advocacy groups. “The issue isn’t too many migrants, it’s not enough. By doubling down, we’re essentially solving the problem through sheer volume. It’s like when you spill wine on your carpet and the solution is to pour more wine on it to spread it evenly.”<\/p>\n

The move comes amidst widespread riots across Dublin, where native Irish citizens have taken to the streets to protest the recent sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl by an African migrant. Martin dismissed the unrest as “far-right extremism” and vowed to “flood the streets with enough migrants that the rioters will get lost in the crowd.”<\/p>\n

When questioned about how the influx would be funded, Martin revealed that the EU has agreed to triple Ireland’s<\/a> migrant quota subsidies, provided the country meets “diversity targets.”<\/p>\n
