TEHRAN, IRAN–\u00a0Officials confirmed today that\u00a0Iran\u00a0has\u00a0filed for bankruptcy and will be appearing before a judge on charges of tax evasion and owing back child support after mismanaging and spending the $150 billion that it received from the United States in the Iran Nuclear Deal.<\/p>\n

A lawyer for the high profile country took to Twitter in defense of the allegations that Iran has fathered thousands of children that had to flee to Syria in search of a better life.<\/p>\n
