Mark Carney’s<\/a> speechwriter all along was met with widespread mockery in Canada, but also finally offered an explanation as to why the Canadian prime minister has the oratory skills of a moose reading Shakespeare.<\/p>\n“Um, yeah, uh, hello, I, uh, I’d like bring a special, you know, individual on stage,” said Mark Carney as Porky Pig made his way onto the stage to stand next to the podium. “Yeah, I, uh, I’d like to thank my, um, speechwriter P-P-P-Porky Pig.
