I will always take orders from you because Canada is not a sovereign nation. Now, where was I? Oh yes, I was just reminding President Trump that Canada is a sovereign nation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Carney then got down on all fours and started barking like a dog before lying down in front of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yqL-7Jva7L0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">King Charles<\/a> for a few cute belly rubs from His Royal Majesty.
