HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA– A-list action star Sylvester Stallone has recently confirmed that his next movie project will be a remake of some old classics, combining Rambo, The Wizard of Oz, and Jaws into one script.<\/p>\n
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier, Sly Stallone shared a few secrets about the much anticipated combination remake that will be hitting theaters by early next spring, with special thanks to Steven Spielberg and the ghost of Toto.<\/p>\n
“The movie will start out with Rambo getting lost out at sea,” Stallone told Frazier, sitting in front of a large promo poster for\u00a0the upcoming movie. “After getting his boat capsized, he ends up in a magical world with witches, dwarfs, flying monkeys, and a large shark wizard named Jaws who runs the Emerald City set in a land\u00a0also called Jaws.”<\/p>\n
After fanning himself off with his cue cards, Frazier giggled inappropriately. “Wowsers, Sly, what gives? I mean, how can a big beefy guy like Rambo end up in a fabulous city run by a scary mammal named Jaws? I mean, what gives?”<\/p>\n
“Sharks are fish, Kevin,” Stallone corrected as Frazier continued giggling. “Anyway, after Rambo finds a machine gun lying on the side of the yellow brick road, he slaughters every talking tree and flying monkey until he ends up at Emerald City’s doorstep, trying to find his way back home. I don’t wanna give too much away, but let’s just say Rambo splatters Jaws’ blood all over a few colored horses.”<\/p>\n
In the original Rambo First Blood movie, says Stallone, the Vietnam veteran fought for himself, with the second and third movies fighting for his country and a friend.<\/p>\n
“Let’s skip over that last Rambo movie I made,” Stallone joked, referring to the 2008 movie\u00a0Rambo. “This next movie, Rambo: The Wizard of Jaws, will focus on Rambo’s fight to get back home and along the way he helps out a few Vietnamese people who are being forced to wear lion, scarecrow, and tin-man costumes by Jaws. Rambo tricks Jaws by disguising himself in the lion costume.”<\/p>\n
Rambo: The Wizard of Jaws is slated to hit theaters just in time for next year’s Shark Week, the millionth\u00a0showing of the original The\u00a0Wizard of Oz, as well as another separate Rambo movie being filmed simultaneously to this one.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
